House Rules
The property is located in a local neighbourhood and we ask all guests to respect the surrounding area. Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Please note this is a local community so farm animals are located nearby and it is expected to hear noises from roosters, ducks and other animals occassionally. Whilst we do our best to notify guests in advance of any local events being held nearby that might disturb your stay, please understand that it is also out of our control.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations 3 days in advance full refund will be given. For cancellations 2 days or less the first night will be charged. Less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% charge for total booking amount. Unless otherwise stated.
